中医肾病科

2011年中医肾病专业获批国家中医药管理局“十二五”重点专科建设项目，主要特色优势病种有慢性肾衰、肾病综合征、糖尿病肾病等，并承担了尿血病的全国协作组工作。科室坚持“全面发展、重点突出”的方针，充分发挥中医特色，内外兼治，口服中药可减毒增效，减少透析、激素等有效治疗的副作用，发挥中西医结合的协同作用，改善患者的生活质量。院内制剂芪莲益肾膏、滋肾活血膏益气活血，解毒泻浊，可显著延缓慢性肾功能不全的进展。利用结肠水疗机进行高位结肠水疗，辨证选方，加强早、中期慢性肾衰的治疗，可延缓疾病进入尿毒症阶段。离子导入中药显著增加了药物离子渗透性，从经络吸收、直达病灶，既作用于局部脏器，又通过中医经络原理整体调控。通过中医临床方案制定、实施、临床验证及不断优化，已经形成了中医“气血水毒理论辨治肾病”结合现代医学诊疗方案的中西医结合诊治模式，充分运用一大批中医药学的诊疗设备，改变依靠内服药治疗为主的现状，中医临证时重视运用综合疗法，既提高了临床疗效、缩短了疗程，又易于被患者接受。

Medicines made by our hospital like kidney benefit paste made from radix angelicae and lotus, Zi Shen Huo Xue Gao, which are good for breathing and invigorate the circulation of blood, detoxifying purging material, and can significantly delay the progress of chronic renal insufficiency. Use coon hydrotherapy equipment for high colon hydrotherapy, dialectical choose prescription, strengthen the treatment of early, middle chronic renal failure, and it can delay the disease into the stage of uremia. Iontophoresis medicine significantly increased the drug ion permeability, absorb, direct lesions from the channels and collaterals, applied to both local organs, and through the channels and collaterals theory of traditional Chinese medicine overall control.
